This is the first edition of the European Mid-Market M&A Outlook, published by mergermarket in association with KPMG.

This report includes the survey of senior executives within mid-market corporates, private equity firms and fund managers in France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain and the UK, canvassing their expectations for the market and their own strategic plans and objectives. We spoke to 268 senior executives, some of whose views are quoted in the report, though they are not identified as all responses were confidential. This publication presents the results of that survey and any percentages quoted are in relation to the survey respondents.
