The Russia & CIS M&A Sentiment Survey28 June 2007

Welcome to the inaugural Russia & CIS M&A Sentiment Survey in association with Hogan & Hartson, KPMG and Vneshtorgbank. At present Russia and the wider CIS region is one of the most exciting and intriguing areas for emerging M&A activity. The region has seen increasing levels of M&A in past years, but despite this there is still significant room for increased domestic and cross-border activity. The Russia & CIS M&A Sentiment Survey comprises 100 interviews of senior corporate business figures with extensive knowledge and deal making experience. The survey produced a number of interesting findings that are explored in detail in this report.
